Rayleen O’Brien

Operations Manager

Meet Rayleen O’Brien, a passionate NDIS SIL Home Manager whose dedication to making a difference in the lives of others shines through in everything she does. With a heart full of compassion and a wealth of experience spanning from aged care to the disability sector, Rayleen embarked on a journey to be part of the transformative changes taking place in the disability sector since 2015.

Rayleen’s unwavering commitment to supporting participants and their families in making life choices and turning their dreams into reality is truly inspiring. Her greatest reward comes from witnessing the joy and smiles on the faces of those she supports, a testament to the profound impact she has on their lives.

As a proud mother of two grown adult children, Rayleen’s world revolves around her family, and she eagerly awaits the arrival of grandbabies to shower with love. When she’s not dedicating her time to enriching the lives of others, Rayleen finds solace in spending quality time with her loved ones, exploring the great outdoors through 4WD adventures, immersing herself in the tranquillity of nature, and practising mindfulness. Recently, she has discovered a newfound passion for nurturing indoor plants, finding joy in watching them blossom and grow, much like the individuals she supports in her professional life.

With Rayleen O’Brien by your side, you can trust that you have a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated advocate who will go above and beyond to ensure that your choices are heard, respected, and fulfilled.
