What support do participants get under the NDIS scheme?

Under the NDIS, your loved one receives customised support, including personal care, skill development, and community access, to enhance their overall well-being.

How do you involve families and caregivers?

We recognise families and caregivers are essential partners and encourage open communication. We provide regular updates about progress and activities and invite family participation. We can also offer training, respite care, counselling, peer support groups, and other assistance to support the whole family.

How do you help individuals build daily living and self-care skills?

We take an active role in helping the individuals we support build skills for daily living and self-care. This includes coaching and support with tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, budgeting, using public transportation, and more. As skills develop, we shift to an empowering role focused on promoting independence.

How can I get started with your services?

Getting started is easy! Call us or fill in the contact form to contact our team and discuss your needs. We will have an initial consultation to get to know you and determine how we can best support you. We can then collaboratively develop a customized plan outlining the services and supports we recommend.

Can WISH services be adjusted as needs change?

Yes, WISH services are flexible and can be adjusted as your loved one’s needs change. We regularly review and update care plans to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

How does WISH ensure the safety and well-being of its clients?

WISH prioritises client safety and well-being through rigorous staff training, regular assessments, personalized care plans, and strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

We don't just care for you;
we care about you.
