The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was introduced to people with a disability under the age of 65 to receive specialised care and support for their health and wellbeing.
The NDIS takes a long-term approach, ensuring that Australians with a disability have the required support to live an everyday life.
How does the NDIS work?
Once you have applied to join the NDIS and been approved, you’ll work with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to create your NDIS plan. Your plan will outline your chosen goals and the funds allocated to achieve them. Each year you can review your plan to make sure you’re receiving the right supports and to update your chosen goals.
WISH charges in line with the NDIS price guide which can be found below.
